This is a completely proprietary method of kickboxing; in fact, its a "Kickboxing Workout": its designed to give you everything you need for strength, fat loss, bone density, stamina, fighting technique, etc., but ALL right on the heavy bag, where its more fun and time flies by fast!  Nobody else does their kickboxing training this way:  only at the Kickboxing Underground are you going to get this workout!  This workout system was created and refined over a period of years and its simply the BEST way to have a kickboxing workout!  What are most other places doing, you ask?  Lots and lots of "boot camp" exercises, and lots and lots of cardio (which is no fun!).   My unique System gives you all the cardio and exercise you need, but ALL while performing cool techniques on the heavy bag! 

My System teaches you all kinds of fighting combinations to do on the heavy bag which are not "cardio" moves; they're REAL moves, just like you'd see in the UFC, so it keeps it fun and exciting.  (Its nice to LEARN something in addition to just exercising!) 

We workout according to "Rounds", just like a UFC fight.  Each workout has 10 Rounds, and 6 of those are on the heavy bag.

We start out VERY easy at the first two rounds of stretching, just to get in the mood to exercise.  The next two rounds up the ante just a bit....

Then its off to the Heavy Bag!  And we'll stay on the heavy bag the entire rest of the workout (Rounds 5-10).   

You look at your workout sheet and it gives you your combination.  Practice it slowly until you have it, then go to the bag and let it fly!  Its fun and hardcore!   You fight your opponent (the bag) using this combo until the bell rings, giving you your one-minute rest period.  Each round gives you a new combination to throw.  These aren't generic computer-generated mixes of strikes, they are well thought-out and tried and proven to be useful, make sense, and work well on the heavy bag.  And they're designed to be fun, deliver great exercise benefits, and keep things interesting.   When you enjoy your workout, its much easier to keep it up and make it a consistent part of your life.
