Update your Facebook Page with the "New You"!

Ok, we know why you're really wanting to come to the Kickboxing Underground:  its so you have something new to post on your Facebook page!

Maybe you're tired of your previous photos showing you in "not the greatest shape", and you can't wait to brag about your new body with your social network.   You come train for a few months, shedding unwanted pounds, toning your entire body, and exuding a new "radiance" or "glow".  Now you can finally make your high school friends jealous as they drool over your progress and improvement!

Is there really a "bad" reason to begin a new healthier lifestyle that includes plenty of exercise?  Of course not.

So whatever your secret motivations or inner desires to get fit, we won't tell anyone; it'll be our little secret!

The important thing is that you END PROCRASTINATION and get started NOW on your new exercise habit!  Life is too short to sit around and wait for the "perfect time" to begin.  For most people, the "perfect time" never comes.  In fact, today IS that "perfect time" that you will be looking back at 6 months from now.  Do you honestly think later on in the year you're going to be saying to yourself, "Wow, so glad I waited to start getting in shape.  I would hate to have months and months of slimmer waistline and more toned arms on my body!  The best decision I ever made was to sit on this couch and increase my TV consumption!"

What you need to decide for yourself is whether or not you have a TRUE DESIRE for a better body, or is it simply a "whim"?  True desire has something called "urgency" that goes with it.  It says, "This goal is simply too important to procrastinate on."   Whims are flights of fancy.  They come and go.  They don't inspire any action.   They don't get any energy expended on them.   They are daydreams that say, "...it would be nice to have, but..."

Be honest with yourself.   Decide today if exercise is really going to be a part of the "new you".  If it is:  ACT on it!   It doesn't have to be with us.  In fact, it could be something that costs no money at all.  Walking, jogging, riding a bike, playing ball, etc. are all free and they can be done at home until the time is right to branch out into something new.   If you only spend 15 minutes every day, that's a good start, and for most people it can start right NOW!

When it comes time to join a gym, give us a try with a FREE class to see if this is right for you.  If you like it, you will avoid spending monthly membership dues on a gym you're never going to go to (like 75% of everyone who joins a gym).  And when you work out at the Kickboxing Underground, your results are SURE to come.   You can't do our style of working out and NOT have something to show for it.   But that's not the most important part:  the most important part is you will LIKE it!   It is SO hard to show up for something you don't like and you dread going to.   Can you imagine how much easier it will be to stick with your exercise goal when you actually LIKE what you're doing???
