One on One Kickboxing Workout Private Training Sessions!

I provide a friendly and invigorating environment, no matter what level of fitness you may currently be in.  This isn't a "one-size fits all" training routine like group classes... you won't be forced to keep up with the "class superstar"... you just go at your own pace.  I can tell if you need a push, motivation, or encouragement, and I'll provide that and encourage you to be your best.  But safety and injury prevention is our number one priority, so you'll be working hard, but "hard for you", not someone else's standard.

One-on-One Personal Training

I provide personal training and guidance to help you improve flexibility, body composition, as well as cardiovascular and muscular endurance.  We use the exact format of the "Kickboxing At Home" program (see its website for details), so as you go thru the program, you're actually learning how to be your own personal trainer and become self-sufficient in the future.

Our Pricing?

Each training session is $50, including your first session.

I'm sorry but I do not have "package pricing".  I work very hard and expend a lot of energy (and sweat) in our personal training sessions (as you will see), so $50 is the absolute lowest price that I can charge.

This isn't "hit or miss" training.  From now on, EVERY time you show up for a training session, you're going to have a productive, and fun, workout!

It is never too late to learn something new.  If you've never done kickboxing before, then you're in for the ride of your life!  Half of my clients have never even strapped on a pair of boxing gloves before, so you're in good company if this is you.   However, be warned:  we're gonna train you into being a lean, mean fighting machine!

Our workouts are different than most; I think they're more fun, but hey, I'm biased!

And you're going to love what we do during training.  We don't just "wing" our workouts; they've been carefully designed to give you the proper emphasis on every area of your body, without overworking any particular one.  One thing you want to avoid in exercise is "overtraining"; it leads to burnout, fatigue, decreased motivation, and a lack of interest in exercise.

Some group classes and personal trainers just push and push you and severely overwork certain muscles and bodyparts (or your heart).  You should ONLY be doing the amount of exercise that you can properly recover from.  When a trainer pushes you past what you "need", then you're doing too much and the "extra" is not going to benefit you.  The latest scientific research clearly shows that shorter duration and adequate intensity is the best way to train.  You also need adequate recovery for your body (muscles, joints, and nervous system) to recharge, repair, and refuel.  We avoid "marathon" workouts and over-using your body.
